Absolutely LOVED the amazing rooftop pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back! the pool was even better in person.

the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. the location was superb, just a short stroll away from mall of the emirates and convenient access to transportation options. the rooms were simple yet effective, offering great value for the stay. there were plenty of dining options in the vicinity and even a pub within the hotel premises.

Citymax Hotel Al Barsha is conveniently located near the metro station, with a welcoming and friendly staff. the rooms are well-equipped with amenities like a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee, offering a comfortable stay with a great view from higher floors. the hotel and room interiors appear modern and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Room maintenance issues: Uncontrollable AC resulted in a hot room and a few minor repairs were needed. Limited parking availability.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing. It's super close to the Mall of the Emirates, making it a breeze to access shopping and the metro. the hotel's bar/lounge area is a cozy spot to unwind, plus they have good dining options. the room service was prompt, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning could be more thorough.

I keep coming back for great service and comfort. The staff's help with luggage on my first stay left a lasting impression. The hotel has everything I need; Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, and 24-hour room service. It's perfect for my city break.

The staff was super accommodating, especially Kashif at the front desk who made checking in a breeze; the room was cozy with a nice view, and the location was spot on with everything within walking distance. The beach shuttles were convenient, and though the rooftop pool had high walls blocking the view, it was still a great way to relax after a busy day. The only downside was the poor room sound insulation, a bit awkward hearing neighbors, but didn't ruin the overall great experience 👍.

The hotel had multiple food and beverage options, a fitness center, and free WiFi. The concierge took care of all my travel needs. Just what I needed for a fun and cost-effective stay.

Great location and comfortable room. The staff was quick to fix an issue with the shower temperature and TV. Despite a small query issue with reception, the transaction was smooth and the room was clean. a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Liked the location, as it was conveniently located and offered free parking. the service provided by the Front Office Manager was excellent, as he was able to speed up services like housekeeping and hotel facilities, which allowed me to extend my stay. the Stag bar had good service and offered a great selection of drinks and snacks, with happy hour deals on my favorite beer.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness in the room and the inconsistent shower heater. There seemed to be miscommunication between reception and housekeeping, resulting in a dirty room being given to guests.

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha, chosen by my director. The hotel boasts wonderful recreational amenities, including a lovely outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day of meetings, and the fitness center allowed me to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. The outdoor swimming pool offered a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel has a 24/7 security guard presence, giving us peace of mind during our stay. the location was perfect, with the Mall of the Emirates and metro station just a 5-minute walk away. We loved the variety of good restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as the convenience of being able to use the facilities at nearby Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall. the Stag Pub inside the hotel was a great spot for enjoying good beer and dining offers, and there was even an ATM on site.

Being able to walk to the nearby Mall of Emirates was very convenient. the side streets were filled with a variety of affordable restaurants offering different cuisines. the staff at the hotel was also exceptional, especially two individuals named Kashif and Wikum. They provided excellent customer service and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciate their friendly and attentive approach.

The Stag bar had great service and happy hour deals. The location is convenient and the room amenities and facilities were great. The decor was amazing and the room was spotless. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff, including Preet, were friendly and professional.
